“23 1/2 hours: What is the single best thing we can do for our health?” – Dr. Mike Evans

Mike Evans, MD

Dr. Michael F. Evans is a Family Medicine physician, Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Public Health at the University of Toronto, Scientist in the Keenan Research Centre of the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute of St. Michael’s Hospital, and Director of the Health Design Lab at St. Michael’s Hospital. In December 2011 he launched a media lab he calls Dr. Mike Evans’ Whiteboard Med School with this inaugural YouTube video:  23 and 1/2 Hours: What is the single best thing we can do for our health? The video is charming, easy to watch and to the point. I think you’ll enjoy it. It may change your life.

His other equally informative and enjoyable videos can be seen on YouTube and his own website. Thanks to Integrative Medicine family physician Stephen Dahmer, MD, for bringing this great video to my attention.
