An easy way to drain your sinuses:
Fold your tongue up on itself and press up hard against your palette while pressing your thumb between your eyes. See video: How To Clear Your Sinuses In 15 Seconds-Tongue And Finger Method
Do in this order to drain your sinuses and boost your immune system:
~ Massage top of gum above wisdom teeth where gum meets your cheek. Should drain the sinuses on that side. Repeat on other side. If you don’t have a gag reflex, you can do this from inside your mouth. Otherwise, do it on the outside part of the gum. If sinuses are full of gunk, it might take several days of doing this to really drain your sinuses.
~Tap vigorously on your sternum. The thymus gland sits beneath the sternum and sticks out on either side of the bone. The thymus is a small gland in the lymphatic system that makes and trains special white blood cells called T-cells that help your immune system fight infections & diseases. Tapping the thymus wakes it up when it’s acting sluggish.

~Tap vigorously along a horizontal line from the thymus to your armpits. The top of the lung meridian is located about halfway between your thymus and your armpits. That point on both sides will probably be sore.
~ Massage along the line between the two muscles on the exterior part of your upper arm. Do the same on the other arm. Those lines will probably be a bit sore.
Another technique to drain sinuses:
Put R thumb under R cheek bone and push toward 10 o’clock while pulling nose to L with 2 fingers of L hand. Then put L thumb under L cheek bone & push toward 2 o’clock while pulling nose with 2 fingers of R hand. See video: Unclog Your Sinus Mucus & Congestion Within 60 Seconds
This video shows how to drain the lymph in your face and neck. It also demonstrates pressing on the drainage points from inside the mouth. If you have a gag reaction like I do, pressing on the outside of the gum works well too. Lymph Drainage for Ear Infections & Sinus Congestion
To open eustachian tubes safely:
Put index fingers into ear canals. Pull forward, then backward.
How to blow your nose:
One nostril at a time. Blowing both nostrils at the same time creates too much pressure and can drive mucous up into your eustachian tubes.
A two-step way to remove a biofilm infection from your sinuses:
Step 1: Add the contents of an Allicidin capsule (a denatured garlic supplement) to your neti pot along with sea salt & purified water. Rinse out your sinuses with this solution. Will burn. The garlic breaks open the biofilm shells.
Step 2: Rinse your neti pot. Add the contents of a RepHresh capsule (an anti-fungal) along with sea salt & purified water. Rinse out your sinuses with this solution. May burn. The anti-fungal kills the infection that was protected inside the biofilm.
You may have to do this combination several times over a few days to remove all the infection and pieces of the biofilm shell.
